Looks like there’s a light at the end of the tunnell regarding all the work going on at 2300 Frederick Douglas Boulevard and 124th Street. Word on 
the street is that sales for the 12-story building’s 44 condos, called Apex, will open in early-September, while the 124-room Starwood aloft Hotel will open its doors in late-August/early-September. Price tag for the studios-to-three-bedroom condos which are located on floors 7-12? mid-$300,000s to just over $1 million. We’re digging for more details…
