Harlem Borough President Scott Stringer and Mayor Michael Bloomberg were on hand for the opening of the new asthma walk-in center in East Harlem on Thursday. We are excited to get the new facility in the area as East Harlem has the highest rate of asthma hospitalizations in the city and more than a quarter of the children in the area sufferers.
