Marcus Samuelsson Opens in Harlem

Marcus Samuelsson has planted roots in Harlem and is opening the area’s newest restaurant, Red Rooster on Lenox Avenue near West 125th Street. Samuelsson said, “Food can be cooked from the soul but that doesn’t make it soul food,” describing his passion for the new eatery. When asked about the menu at Red Rooster Samuelsson siad it will be, “an elevated American comfort food. Harlem is so diverse, and our menu will be, too.” We are excited to have a new resutrant in the area. So many new things are coming; Red Rooster isn’t far from the new beautiful Apex Condos.
