It is the beginning of the fifth annual Harlem Health Revival. This Saturday at the Thurgood Marshall Academy (200 W. 135th St.) there will be performances by winners of a youth essay, poster and spoken word contests for ages 12-21. Sept. 25 from 9:30a-4:30 pm there will be health screenings for vision issues, high blood pressure, diabetes and more at Minisink Townhouse/NYC Mission Society (645 Lenox Avenue).
