We know the economy in Harlem is growing and new exciting things are popping up everywhere so imagine our excitement when we stumbled upon this list by Citybizlist NY of the newest places that will be coming soon to Harlem.
- Goris Grocers, an upscale supermarket slated to open at 1660 Madison Avenue;
- Savoy Bakers on 110th Street and Lexington Avenue;
- Makana Hawaiian/Japanese Barbecue on First Avenue and 116th Street; and
- Agua Fresca at 207 East 117th Street, which serves robust Latin American cuisine.
Last but difintily not least: Restaurateur Raphael Benavides, owner of Ricardo Steakhouse and Ceviche Tapas Bar, is planning a fine dining outpost, the eponymous Raphael’s on 124th Street and Second Avenue.
