Community Chair leaders from West, Central and East Harlem Boards are working together to light 125th street which runs from river to river. Just in time to show are new neighbors at Apex Condos in the new Aloft Hotel on 124th and Fredrick Douglas Blvd. DNAinfo has the full story here.
