Mayor Bloomberg visited an Abyssinian Baptist church in Harlem last weekend where he presented his plans for the 2011 year. Bloomberg commented on how the year did not end on a high note with the blizzard and snow issues but that those would be addressed and resolved. Following Bloomberg’s address the church’s Rev.
