Tuesday, November 15th, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, The Harlem Holiday Lights Fundraiser, 360 West 125th Street, Suite 11, between St. Nicholas and Morningside Avenues. Come out and help raise money to light up 125th Street from river to river with holiday lights. The 125th Street BID, Community Boards 9, 10, and 11, along with NYCHA have partnered up for the second year in a row to raise funds for this community effort. This year’s decorations will include 36 skyline streamers that will be draped over 125th Street and a festive lighting event has been scheduled for November 21st, 2011.
There is a $25 minimum suggested donation for this event and all proceeds will be used for the installation and maintenance of the Holiday Lights along 125th Street throughout the season. More details at: 125thStreetBid.com
