Three Kings Day Parade In Harlem

For some the Holiday’s end with the New Year for others, 12 days after Christmas is the celebration of Three Kings Day. Today (Jan. 6) the annual Three Kings Day Parade will come through Harlem. For many of Latin decent, Three Kings Day is the biggest of the holiday season and they will celebrate with a parade route beginning at 10:30 a.m. along 106th Street and Park Avenue. Lights in Harlem

If it wasn’t for the donations of Harlem residents, churches, groups and business 125th Street would not have the sparkling lights they have today. It seems like such a short time ago that heard about the drive to fund the lights and just last week the community saw that hard work come to life as 125th Street in Harlem was lit and continues to sparkle at night.
